VERONICA W. HACKETT, Managing Partner

Veronica W. Hackett holds over twenty-four years of real estate development experience, having been involved in the acquisition, planning, development, financing, leasing and management of a myriad of real estate projects exceeding thirteen million square feet. In addition to her work as a private sector developer, she has been a leading corporate real estate executive in the U.S. and Europe, a real estate pension fund asset manager, a real estate lender, a Wall Street financial analyst and a CIA economic analyst.

A noted leader in both the New York City and national real estate community, Ms. Hackett is the recipient of several awards and honors, including New York Women Executives in Real Estate Year 2000 Woman of the Year, AREW’s 25th Anniversary Women of Achievement award, the YWCA business leaders award and has been named one of New York City's most influential women by Crain's New York Business. She has held leadership positions with a number of organizations, including the Board of the Committee of 200, the organization of the country’s leading businesswomen. She is a Trustee of the Urban Land Institute, a member of the Executive Committee of the NYU Real Estate Institute’s Advisory Board and is on the Board of Governors of the Real Estate Board of New York and The Building Congress of New York. She has also served as a member of the board of WX (New York Women Executives in Real Estate) and chaired its Scholarship Committee.

She received her MBA in Finance from New York University and a BA in History and Economics from the College of Notre Dame of Maryland.

Ms. Hackett is married and the mother of one son.
