Neil Klarfeld, passed away in October 2004 at the peak of his accomplished and revered professional and personal life. His commitment to excellence, intelligence, wisdom, kindness and integrity remain the cornerstones of The Clarett Group’s philosophy.

Prior to forming the Clarett Group, Mr. Klarfeld spent nineteen years at Park Tower Realty, where he had functional responsibility for design, construction, development and management for over 12 million square feet of high-rise buildings by world-class architects.

He had been active in many civic and professional associations including Chairman of the Development and Management Council of the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat: he is a Director of the Associated Builders and Owners; a Council Member of the ULI Urban Development Mixed Use Council; a Member of the Real Estate Board of New York Zoning and Design Committee and a Member of its Labor Coordinating Committee.
