The Montrose, a 97-unit, 22-story, 117,000-square foot rental project, located in the Murray Hill section of Manhattan, was completed in the 4th quarter of 2000 and sold in April 2002 to SSR Realty Advisors. Clarett’s equity partner in the development was Fidelity Management Trust of Boston.
