Since its founding in 1999, Clarett has completed three Manhattan luxury residential towers of 19, 21 and 31 stories and served as advisor on several major commercial projects including the New York Times headquarters building and the New York Stock Exchange as well as the New York Jets training camp.

In December 2002, Clarett and Prudential Real Estate Investors formed Clarett Capital, a development entity that intends to develop more than a dozen rental and condominium properties in New York City. Clarett Capital has acquired two Manhattan properties. OPUS, a 22-story luxury condominium project is currently under construction with completion expected in early 2005 and 207 East 57th Street is in the design stage.
